Tracking:

We will notify via e-mail of the tracking number associated with your order when your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within the specified order process and ship time, please contact our E-store Dept. to: estore@mpioamerica.com

Refused Shipments and Certain Time Attempts

If any order is refused as being refused by the recipient, or if any order is returned to because, after Certain time attempts, the shipment was determined by the freight carrier to be undeliverable, the order will be cancelled and refunded. No shipping and handling will be refunded. If you still wish for the order to be shipped, you will need to place a new order with accompanying payment.

Damaged/ Lost Shipments

      Procedure of investigating and resending replacement order items

  1. Customers notify to MPIOAmerica
  2. MPIOAmerica claim to the carrier
  3. The carrier reports to us the result of their investigate and acceptance
  4. Once the carrier refund to MPIOAmerica, MPIOAmerica will re-send the customers order items.

MPIOAmerica will not be able to make any actions for this matter till receiving results from the carrier.

Order Changes/ Amendments

Once an order has been placed, it is often difficult to make any changes to your order. If your order has already been shipped out, we can not guarantee to make any changes. However, if you contact us as soon as possible with any corrections that need to be made, we will do our best to accommodate.
